Shipping Times and Prices:

Shipping times are usually between 1-2 weeks, as items are to order by one person. Please be mindful of this when ordering.

Prices are as follows: 

UK: FREE

International: £20 + £5 for each additional item.

All items are sent with tracked and recorded post, you will receive your tracking number upon your orders shipment.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

All sales from Betsey Supernova are final. Exchanges can be given within 7 days if you order the wrong size or in the rare event that the item you receive is defective. Be aware that each and every item is handmade, and that designs are improved upon over time in regards to construction and hardware.
